Event Center, Cisco Building 17, Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli
About the event
Cisco's Be Unstoppable Summit is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for diverse talent groups to come together, interact and hear from our leadership team, tour the campus, and understand our technology landscape. The event is designed to provide insights into Cisco’s universe and experience first hand our culture, purpose and why we rank as the number 1 great place to work (GPTW 2022).
Cisco is the worldwide leader in technology that powers the Internet. What sets Cisco apart is our combination of trust, innovation, and choice—three unique elements that are supported and furthered by our culture, our purpose, and our people. We have a unique opportunity to make a difference in the world and build a better, more equitable and inclusive future for everyone.
This mission drives our actions, our conversations, our priorities. It’s how we’ve positively impacted 527 million people through social impact grants and signature programs, moving us closer to our goal of positively impacting 1 billion people by 2025.
At Cisco, we see inclusion as a bridge—a way to connect diverse perspectives. To spark new ideas, explore new possibilities, tap into the power of digital transformation, and inspire innovation. We are inventing new ways to multiply the power of our people and developing innovative solutions to some of our most business-critical challenges and opportunities while expanding our commitment and accelerating our diverse talent. We are investing in our emerging diverse leaders and creating new realms of inclusion through technology.
About Cisco
#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique. We bring our talents to work as a team each day, helping power an inclusive future for all. Here's how we do it.
At Cisco, we embody transformation and help our customers excel in their digital worlds. Some may think we're "old" (36+ years strong!) and only about hardware, but we're also a software company, a security company, a blockchain company, and an AI/Machine Learning company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns, and protects. Our innovation never stops!
Cisco values the perspectives and skillsets that arise from employees with diverse backgrounds. That's why Cisco is expanding the boundaries of discovering top talent by not only focusing on candidates with college degrees and experience but instead placing more emphasis on unlocking potential.
Cisco didn't just build the Internet. We keep building it. And while our technology helps connect the unconnected, that's not where our edge comes from. It comes from our people—unique, innovative, and diverse. Be you, with us!

Culture
As one of the leading forces in connecting the world, we understand our unique opportunity to bring communities together and create meaningful change for everyone, everywhere. That's why connecting starts within Cisco. Over 30,000 Cisconians participate in our Employee Resource Groups, called Inclusive Communities, where we network, learn to be informed allies, and help make a difference.
We are moving to a hybrid world – one that is more flexible, more innovative, and more inclusive. A world that offers employees and teams more autonomy in how and where they do their work, and one that will help us power an inclusive future for all.
So, we are leaving it up to teams themselves to determine how they’ll work best in this new hybrid world. That means no set mandate from the top on the number of days in — or out — of the office.
We value the perspectives and skillsets that arise from employees with diverse backgrounds. That's why Cisco is expanding the boundaries of discovering top talent by not only focusing on candidates with college degrees and experience but instead placing more emphasis on unlocking potential.
