Role details

  • Eligibility: Women with 6-12 years of experience with a 1-5 year break

  • Tech stack: Java, Springboot, Microservices, Multi-threading

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in Bengaluru office, 2 days remote)

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Monthly stipend: INR 1,00,000

  • Number of trainees: 10

  • Tentative start date: 15 September 2025

  • Outcome: Opportunity to convert to a full-time Software Engineer III role

Once the programme ends, eligible trainees may be offered full-time roles within their teams. If there are no open roles available immediately, Wayfair will support returnees in applying across other teams, with a streamlined process similar to internal transfers.
