About the Speaker
Ajay brings over 23 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management within the IT industry. Prior to this assignment, he was instrumental in growing Carelon from a 4,600 to a 23,000 people company in 2 years, which also happens to be a fast-growing GIC in India.
Throughout his career, Ajay has been key in setting up recruitment operations in 40+ countries and has been associated with brands like Concentrix, UST, and IG Index. He is known for consistently meeting hiring targets and for his strong leadership capabilities, having managed teams of over 100 people.
A passionate advocate for DE&I, Ajay has helped several companies in India shape their hiring processes. He is also a dedicated speaker, frequently invited by organisations like NASSCOM, CII HR Forums, and academic institutions across India. Additionally, he serves as a governing council member for many Indian engineering and management schools. He is also actively involved in HR communities, including NHRD, SHRM, NASSCOM, and ICT Academy, and is a regular participant at various HR summits.
